C.H. "Hal" Brockett, Jr. was born in Midland, Texas on August 23, 1953. He received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1975 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate with Honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1978. Mr. Brockett has been admitted to the Texas Bar since 1978 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. Delta Theta Phi.
