Biography

Logan Anderson is a member of the Global Energy Project Finance group. He has represented buyers and sellers in connection with billions of dollars of transaction volume across a wide variety of credit categories, technology types, and manufacturing activities, including renewable energy tax credits for solar, wind, battery storage, nuclear, critical mineral extraction, renewable natural gas, carbon capture and energy-transition manufacturing projects. Fortune 500 companies and other sophisticated investors routinely seek Logan’s guidance on structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions in the rapidly evolving tax credit transfer market.

Logan’s practice also covers structured financing and cross-border transactions, with experience helping clients in the financial services and retail sectors expand their operations internationally. He is well versed in all aspects of international business expansion, has lived and worked in Brazil for several years, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Prior to joining GT, Logan served as Vice President and head of international legal at a large, privately held financial technology company with operations in over 30 countries. He began his career in the banking and finance group of a major Wall Street law firm in New York City.
