C. Todd Ward was admitted to practice after graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Ward also received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from The University id Oklahoma. Mr. Ward is engaged in a civil defense practice with an emphasis on products liability, professional liability, trucking liability, premises liability and insurance related claims, including first and third party claims. Mr. Ward also has considerable experience in constructions negligence litigation, toxic tort litigations, defense of asbestos and silicosis claims, along with the defense of hospice, nursing and health care professionals.
