Zack joined Rottenberg Lipman Rich as an associate in 2015. His practice includes litigating and arbitrating commercial, employment, construction, and real estate cases and advising companies regarding acquisitions, commercial transactions, governance, employment policies, and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining Rottenberg Lipman Rich, Zack was associated with Baker & Hostetler LLP, where he successfully defended a hospital in a data breach class action, collaborated with forensic accountants and certified fraud examiners to prove that specific individuals knew of Bernard Madoff’s fraud, and prepared consulting and service agreements, bylaws, board resolutions, and corporate policies.

Zack received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in 2009, where he created and became the first to graduate from its accelerated Bachelors-Masters program, and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. Zack is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
