Caitlin M. M. Costigan

Caitlin Costigan has devoted her entire legal career to family law and has spent more than 17 years helping clients across Massachusetts through divorce and other domestic matters. She is known for handling complicated issues with a steady, supportive approach, giving clients both practical guidance and confidence during an often stressful time. Caitlin works closely with every client to answer questions, explain the court and divorce process in plain language, and make sure they understand what to expect at each stage. She is also responsive and accessible, returning calls, responding to emails promptly, and keeping clients updated as their case moves forward. Her goal in every matter is to reach a high-quality, cost-effective resolution, whether that happens through thoughtful negotiation or strong advocacy in the courtroom. Caitlin is widely respected as both an effective negotiator and a skilled litigator, and she stays with her clients from start to finish. She earned her degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, concentrating in juvenile and family law. She is licensed in Massachusetts and Maine and admitted in the federal courts of both states, and she formerly co-chaired the Worcester County Bar Association Conciliation Program. Outside work, Caitlin enjoys the outdoors in Maine with her husband, two children, and dog.
