Biography

Caitlin G. Scheir began her career as an associate in a White Plains law firm concentrating in estate litigation, trusts and estates, estate planning and administration, guardianships, guardianship litigation and real estate.

In 2009 she co-founded a law practice with an emphasis on wills, trusts and estates. Caitlin joined Gaines, Novick, Ponzini, Cossu & Venditti, LLP, in March 2011, and her current practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, Medicaid planning, elder law and real estate transactions.

While attending Pace University School of Law, she interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
