Caitlyn E. Haller: Attorney with Greenberg Traurig, LLP

Biography

Caitlyn Haller defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. She works on products liability matters in both state and federal courts ranging from single-plaintiff claims to nationwide consumer class action cases. Caitlyn is involved in defending manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial products, and consumer products. She also has experience counseling manufacturers, distributors, and retailers regarding product safety issues and regulatory compliance. Caitlyn has deep experience leading and coordinating discovery efforts ranging from initial investigations to document collection efforts, including foreign-sourced documents subject to stringent privacy standards. Caitlyn has taken and defended significant depositions, ranging from parties and fact witnesses to opposing experts.

Caitlyn is an active member of the local and legal community, believing that advocating for others is not a moment, but a lifestyle, and one that involves her full and ongoing participation. She leverages her professional experience and network by serving as a mentor to young men with limited resources seeking entrance into the professional job force. She has a sustained commitment to education initiatives and devotes time to several education-based professional boards. A member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI)’s Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee, Caitlyn leads the now-successful mentoring panel and networking reception.
