Biography

Cami Boyd has been practicing law since 1993. Ms. Boyd is an intellectual property and business attorney. Ms. Boyd’s intellectual property practice is extensive and encompasses trademark law, trademark clearance, registration and portfolio management and enforcement, copyright law, copyright registration, management and enforcement, patents, trade secrets, trade dress, licensing, e-commerce, internet and social media law, cybersecurity and data protection and management, domain name disputes, national and global licensing of trademarks and other intellectual property assets and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Boyd’s business law practice includes general corporate and business law matters, business formation and funding, general and local counsel representation, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up business representation. Ms. Boyd has considerable experience representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization, and routinely prosecutes and defends trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and appeals, both foreign and domestic, and UDRP proceedings.
