Candice K. Hanratty: Attorney with Rediger Labor Law LLP

Biography

I advise clients on issues that arise in a Union-Employer relationship like unfair labor practice charges and grievance processing under a collective bargaining agreement, as well as on employment issues like hiring, firing, wage and hour disputes, and alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I have defended businesses in various stages of litigation, including in administrative proceedings where an employee has filed a complaint with a government agency, in lawsuits filed in state and federal court, and in civil appeals. I am licensed to practice law in all California state courts and in federal court in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
