Candy Barr Heimbach is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, and is the Managing Attorney of the Lehigh Valley office . She concentrates her practice in the areas of nursing home/personal care facility defense, outside general counsel services, personal injury defense, professional and occupational licensure defense, and civil litigation defense, with a particular emphasis in medical/dental malpractice defense.Prior to joining Dickie McCamey, Ms. Heimbach practiced for over 32 years as a shareholder with other litigation defense firms in the Lehigh Valley. Before beginning her career in private practice, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alfred T. Candy is actively involved with her alma mater, having served as president of the Moravian College Alumni Board and as a member of the board of trustees of the college. She is also a member of the Comenius Society, the Moravian College Alumni Association. In addition, Candy has served as a guest speaker at LINC classes and other campus programs, and she has volunteered to serve as a mentor for law students at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Candy is a past member of the board of directors of the Center for Humanistic Change, Inc. and the Sayre Child Center, and she has served as a volunteer for the American Heart Association.
