Biography

Cara focuses her law practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, landlord/tenant and liquor licensing.

Cara graduated from Western New England University School of Law with a dual concentration in real estate and estate planning. She graduated cum laude from The College of Saint Rose with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in English.

Cara worked with Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Bacon Wilson, P.C., while participating in a real estate practicum. Cara also served as a law clerk with the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office and Palmer District Court in Massachusetts.

While at Western New England University, Cara was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Real Estate Development and Estate Planning. In the fall of 2010, Cara participated in the first law school based Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program addressing Gender and Criminal Law held at the Western Massachusetts Correctional Alcohol Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Cara is a native to the Millbrook area where she now resides with her husband, Patrick.
