Trey was not the lead attorney in the first case where we crossed paths, but he was clearly the source of the lead attorney's knowledge and legal arguments. Since that time we have worked together on cases where he showed an excellent ability to analyze and assess his best arguments while identifying his weak points, and how to minimize them (something lost on many young lawyers). He does his homework by identifying the legal issues well in advance of conducting discovery. Read less
