Biography

Carl J. Agnone Jr. is an experienced senior associate attorney at WSHB’s Tampa office, where he specializes in premises liability cases. His expertise includes slip and fall accidents, animal attacks, negligent security, and wrongful deaths.

Carl obtained his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. He began his legal education at Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Driven by his passion for sports, Carl decided to transfer to a law school with a strong football program, ultimately graduating cum laude from Florida State University College of Law.

After graduating from Florida State in December of 2017, Carl passed the Florida bar exam in February of 2018. He became an NFLPA-certified sports agent shortly thereafter, bringing his sports endeavor full circle. When Carl is not practicing law, he attends the games of his clients, often with his wife and children, whom he loves to share the experience with.

Prior to joining WSHB, Carl worked at another prominent defense firm, where he defended a diverse range of clients, from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
