Biography

Carl is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department, where he represents clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and financing. In addition to the Corporate Department, Carl works with attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing on the acquisition and leasing of commercial properties.

Carl received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he served as Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. He received his B.A. from Hamilton College, earning NESCAC All-Academic Team honors. During his time in law school, Carl received the Academic Excellence award, the Kathy Eldergill Prize for Excellence in Employment Law, and the Distinguished Academic Achievement in Labor Law.
