Biography

Attorney Carlo LaMonica has devoted his entire legal career to helping individuals, families, and small business owners in Northeastern Pennsylvania with many of their important legal needs. He understands that each client’s situation is unique and works with each client to understand their circumstances and goals in order to create the best plan for their distinct situation and needs.

Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, his practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning and administration, including wills and trusts, probate, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, estate and inheritance taxes, and long-term care planning. Carlo LaMonica, an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, also proudly represents veterans who have been denied service-connected disability benefits.

Carlo has experience representing a diverse range of people, including adults and seniors, married couples and single individuals, traditional and non-traditional families, at all levels of net worth. When meeting with clients, Carlo aims to put them at ease by listening carefully to their goals, issues, and concerns. He analyzes each client’s particular financial and personal situation and develops an appropriate plan of action. Carlo attributes his success in law to always making himself available to his clients, while working on their matters with the greatest compassion and diligence.
