Carlos A. Perez

Carlos Andres Perez has dedicated his career to representing and counseling employees in all areas of employment law before state and federal courts. As a skilled and aggressive employment law advocate, Carlos has successfully fought for employee rights whether in trial, arbitration, or mediation. His efforts have recovered millions on behalf of wronged workers.

Carlos proudly and vigorously handles a wide variety of cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower action, wage and hour claims, failure to provide medical leave and reasonable accommodations, and discrimination based on disability, gender, age, race, and sexual orientation. His pursuit of justice is limitless and he relishes the opportunity to shift the power dynamic in favor of the harmed individual.

Carlos received his Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara and his law degree from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Carlos was a member of the prestigious Trial Advocacy Honors Program. He is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court- Central District of California. Carlos is a proud member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
