Carlos Alberto Santos

Attorney Carlos A. Santos was born and raised in Naugatuck, Connecticut, and has deep roots in the local community. He received his early education at St. Francis of Assisi School, graduating in 1985, and went on to Holy Cross High School, where he graduated in 1989. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1993 and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1996.

After beginning his legal career, Attorney Santos joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2002. He has since developed a diverse legal practice focused on providing aggressive, client-centered representation.

He has concentrated his practice on representing injured parties against large insurance companies. Attorney Santos has personally successfully resolved more than 2000 local injury cases, securing millions for his clients.

He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by his peers and as a Top Lawyer in Connecticut by the Legal Network and as an Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney by the Attorney and Practice Magazine. In 2021, he was honored with the Lewis A. Dibble Award recognizing his significant contribution to Naugatuck business and community quality of life.

In addition to his legal work, Attorney Santos remains actively involved in the community. He has volunteered as a board member of the United Way of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls, The Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce, the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, the Naugatuck Valley Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Portuguese Sports Club of Waterbury, and Our Lady of Fatima Church.
