Carlos Bodden is
a tenacious and dedicated attorney with a strong commitment to the
practice of law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 and subsequently pursued his
Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad
Law Center in 1996.
Since 1996, Attorney Bodden has been a
proud member of the Florida Bar, allowing him to practice law within
the state of Florida. Additionally, he holds admission to practice in
the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida
and the United States District Court for the Middle District of
Florida.
Attorney Bodden specializes in personal injury
and wrongful death litigation, bringing his expertise to these
critical areas of law. He is an esteemed member of The Academy of
Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and
the Caribbean Bar Association. Throughout his illustrious career, Mr.
Bodden has successfully conducted over 40 civil jury trials, securing

Chairman of the Board for the Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches, a
non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential employment

individuals in the community. He has also played an active role as a
board member of the Palm Beach County Foster Care Citizen Review
