Carlos Freaner is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico office. He focuses his practice on real estate, playing a key role in the firm’s representation of national and international funds, developers, manufacturers, financial institutions, and strategic investors in a broad range of real estate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions across Mexico, including, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, hotel agreements, condominium developments, and leasing.Carlos advises developers of world-class golf and master planned communities throughout Mexico and has wide-ranging experience representing both lenders and borrowers in the financing of real estate projects.
