Biography

Carlos Schidlow is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Denver office. Carlos focuses his practice on commercial real estate law. He represents clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of office, multi-family, retail, industrial and raw-land development projects throughout the United States. Carlos’ experience includes the negotiation, documentation and closing of the sale, purchase and financing of national and local projects covering all real estate asset classes. He also has experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing matters.

In addition, Carlos also has experience in fundraisings and investment management in the real asset sector, representing real estate investment fund sponsors and investors in the structuring and forming real estate investment vehicles, including the drafting and negotiation of fund documentation such as private placement memoranda, fund agreements and subscription agreements.
