Biography

Carmen I. Abrazado specializes in business and commercial litigation. Before joining Walsh, she clerked for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple (Ret.) in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Carmen also completed law clerk positions with Walsh in 2021 and 2023 and served as a Summer Associate in 2022.

A magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Carmen earned several accolades, including the Women’s Leadership Award and the Marc R. Poirier Trailblazer Award. She was named a Distinguished Scholar and served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Carmen holds a B.A. in Theater from Duke University and worked as a Stage Manager on Broadway and off-Broadway before transitioning to law.
