Probate and Estate Planning ParalegalCarol L. Armitage received a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration/finance from California State University Dominguez Hills, magna cum laude, in 1986. She graduated summa cum laude from University of West Los Angeles in 1988, earning a probate specialist legal assistant certificate. When Ms. Armitage joined Taubman, Simpson, Young & Sulentor in 1989, she also brought with her over 10 years experience in business and corporate finance.Throughout her career, Ms. Armitage has used her knowledge and experience to find solutions for our clients, helping create estate plans that meet their unique specifications and assisting with all aspects of administration of trusts and probate estates. Ms. Armitage takes particular satisfaction in working closely with our clients and being available to answer their questions and concerns on matters that can be complicated and sometimes distressing.Ms. Armitage lives in San Pedro and is active in the sailing community. She is a founding member of the Long Beach/Los Angeles Women’s Sailing Association, a group dedicated to introducing more women and girls to the sport of sailing, an officer and board member of Los Angeles Yacht Club, a former member of the board of directors of United States Sailing Center – Long Beach and a frequent volunteer in USSC-LB’s programs to provide sailing opportunities for the disabled.
