Biography

Carol J. Allen is a trial lawyer whose practice includes a broad range of Business, General, and Civil litigation defense with an emphasis on Employment, Commercial/Banking, and Bankruptcy law. Ms. Allen received her Juris Doctor in 1998 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was the Recipient of the CALI Awards for Excellence in the courses of Introduction to Advocacy and Remedies. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern State University in 1995 receiving a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Ms. Allen is A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has defended and tried numerous cases in both state and federal court.
