Biography

Carolina Maria Rodriguez is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office, practicing primarily in premises liability, insurance defense litigation, and first party property. Born and raised in Miami, she earned her undergraduate degree in Communication from Florida International University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.

During her first year of law school, Ms. Rodriguez made the Dean’s List and was later recognized with three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pre-Trial Practice, Trial Advocacy Practice, and Family Law. These awards recognize top academic achievement by honoring the student who earns the highest grade in each law school course.

Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a Law Clerk at boutique law firms in Miami, where she gained hands-on experience in civil litigation.
