Biography

Carolyn C. Liu is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Information Systems. She later attended the University of California, Davis, where she then earned her Juris Doctor degree.

While in law school Ms. Liu clerked for a state court judge as well as interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, she worked as a litigation and transactional attorney in Oakland, CA, for several years handling a wide variety of work.
