Biography

Casey Lide represents clients on a broad range of communications matters, including telecommunications, broadband Internet access service, wireless communications, right-of-way management, pole and conduit attachments, and barriers to community broadband initiatives.

Casey frequently counsels public- and private-sector clients on strategic negotiations and transactional matters, including fiber optic and conduit IRUs and leases, master network development agreements, public-private partnerships, easements, public right-of-way license agreements, attachment agreements, ISP service agreements, collocation agreements, fiber and conduit construction agreements and others.

Casey often is part of M&A teams involving broadband infrastructure companies, providing knowledgeable advice on regulatory due diligence and assistance with transfer of assets, vendor agreement and customer agreements. He also helps clients identify and comply with Federal and state regulatory obligations and market-entry requirements, as well as terms and conditions of federal grants, loans, and other funding opportunities.

Casey is frequently invited to speak on broadband and telecommunications issues at major conferences throughout the United States.
