Biography

Cassandra Sanchez is a senior counsel at WSHB, based in the Hartford, Connecticut, and New York, New York offices. Her practice focuses on construction defects and property damage. She represents clients in complex construction defect claims, including issues related to building systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, fire suppression system failures, fires and explosions, as well as water intrusion and flooding.

Cassandra routinely advises and defends owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and trade contractors concerning both public and private construction projects. She has extensive experience in handling claims related to breach of contract and warranty, defective and inadequate plans and specifications, construction defects, and project delays. Additionally, she defends firm clients in general liability matters.

Residing in Connecticut, Cassandra serves as the president of her condominium board of directors. She is an avid rower and enjoys home renovations and hiking with her dog.
