Biography

Cassius Ricardo Paul Borel is a Partner in the firm's Fort Myers Office. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Mr. Borel has substantial state and federal litigation experience. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Borel served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas. He has also served as managing attorney for the Fort Myers office of a local homeowners insurance company, and as House Counsel for an insurance company.
