Catalina Soledad Munoz

Catalina Muñoz is an Associate Attorney at Mary Alexander & Associates. Her practice focuses on public entity liability, premises liability, fire claims, and general litigation.

Ms. Muñoz has dedicated her entire professional career to representing individuals in need. Prior to joining Mary Alexander & Associates, Ms. Muñoz was an associate at a San Francisco tenants’ rights law firm, where she focused on matters concerning the San Francisco and Oakland Rent Ordinances. Ms. Muñoz successfully represented tenants against landlord harassment, failure to repair, wrongful evictions, owner and relative move-in evictions, and evictions for capital improvements.

During law school, Ms. Muñoz was employed as a law clerk at a Los Angeles-based law firm where she worked extensively in matters involving personal injury, such as automobile accidents, premises liability, and products liability.

Most recently, Ms. Muñoz has been selected as “Rising Star” by Northern California Super Lawyers for the past three years in a row. While in law school, Ms. Muñoz received the top grade in Core Competencies for Litigators. She was also honored to serve as a judicial extern for Justice Miguel Márquez of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District.

Ms. Muñoz is fluent in Spanish.
