Biography

Caterina Napoli has deep experience in banking and financial matters, structured finance, real estate finance and real estate, as well as in civil law matters, including corporate matters.

Caterina handles virtually all aspects of banking and finance transactions, drafting contracts for the sale and purchase of receivables and namely non-performing exposures, for the financing and restructuring of loans, as well as collateral documents. She has been involved in several bond issuances and major securitizations with top Italian and foreign banking institutions and international funds, including matters relating to portfolios of receivables towards public entities.

Caterina represents clients in transactions involving the financing, purchase, sale, and lease of high-value real estate properties.
