Biography

Catherine (“Kate”) A. Curcio is a shareholder in Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba's Family Law and Real Estate, Land Use and Development practices.

Ms. Curcio works with clients to solve a variety of family law challenges, including divorce, equitable distribution, property settlement agreements, custody, child and spousal support, and adoption. She participates in custody and support conferences, masters and de novo hearings, pre-trial and settlement conferences, and other hearings in Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, and Bucks Counties.

In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Curcio, a licensed title agent, has a robust residential and commercial real estate practice. There, she represents real estate owners—both individuals and entities—and developers with a broad range of real estate transactions, including conveyances, leasing, landlord and tenant matters, actions in partition and ejectment, actions to quiet title, municipal matters, and zoning and land use matters for public and private clients. Ms. Curcio has appeared on behalf of clients before local zoning hearing boards and planning commissions and has assisted municipalities and municipal code enforcement officers in compliance hearings.

Ms. Curcio is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Third Street Alliance for Women and Children, and also serves on the organization’s Executive and Development committees. She is a member of the Lafayette College Alumni Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Northampton County Bar Association. In 2020, Ms. Curcio was honored by Lehigh Valley Business as one of their annual “Forty Under 40,” which recognizes young professionals who exhibit talent and promise and have a well-documented track record of achievements in business.
