Biography

Catrina practices exclusively in family law. Her practice covers all areas, including parenting and guardianship, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce. She is a certified family law mediator and collaborative lawyer.

Catrina uses an empathetic and practical approach. She strives to accomplish out of court resolutions for her clients wherever possible, recognizing the importance of minimizing conflict, particularly when children are involved. Where settlement is not possible, she effectively advocates for her clients through litigation.

Prior to joining Farris, Catrina was a partner at a mid-sized firm in Richmond, BC.

Catrina obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, where she competed as an NCAA Division 1 track and field athlete. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from UBC in 2011, and was called to the bar in 2012.
