Celina M. Fisher

Celina received Associate’s Degree in CIS/Microcomputer Applications from Baker College of Owosso in 1997 and her B.A. in Business Management/Accounting from Davenport University in 2012. She joined the firm in 2018. Celina’s focus is assisting clients and their loved ones through the Medicaid eligibility process. With over 20 years of management practice, Celina’s skilled experience adds an extra layer of confidence to our practice.
