Biography

Celine (Chuyen) Pham is an Associate Attorney at the San Jose office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She started her legal career in Vietnam, where she graduated second in her class from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, earning degrees in both Law and Business Administration. Celine gained several years of experience in commercial and civil litigation, working at international law firms and as in-house counsel for a Hong Kong-based technology company. She has experience in business transactions, M&A deals, commercial transactions, and investment arbitration. Eager to expand her legal knowledge, Celine earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, with a focus on international trade law and economics. During her time at USC, she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, ranked in the top 10% of her class, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Celine also served as the representative for the Business Law Society and volunteered at the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center, where she assisted in mediating various types of disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, auto accidents, and personal injury cases. In her free time, Celine enjoys swimming and watching psychological thrillers and horror movies.
