Biography

Chaile Allen is licensed in Texas and Louisiana and focuses her practice on high-stakes civil litigation, including personal injury, complex commercial disputes, product-liability claims, energy matters, and construction cases. For more than 15 years, she has litigated hundreds of lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, and her career has been dedicated exclusively to civil law. Based in Abilene, Chaile is proud to represent people in her own community, bringing not only compassion and courtroom experience, but also strong familiarity with the local courts that out-of-town firms often lack. Chaile earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 2006 and her J.D. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2009, beginning her career as a judicial law clerk before joining Nelson and Hammons, APLC in Shreveport. In 2015, she returned home to West Texas to serve the area where she was raised. She is a past president of the Abilene Bar Association, serves with the Texas Tech Alumni Association locally, and has also served as a temporary municipal judge and on the city’s Landmarks Commission.
