Charles "Chip" T Lee

Charles T. Lee is a trial attorney with Monsees & Mayer, P.C., representing clients throughout Missouri and Arkansas in complex personal injury and sexual abuse litigation. Based in the firm’s Springfield office, Charles focuses his practice on catastrophic injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death litigation, and cases involving child sexual abuse and institutional negligence.

Charles earned his undergraduate degree from the Columbia College before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy that continues to guide his client-centered practice today.

His practice includes representing victims injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, premises liability incidents, and other serious negligence matters.
