Biography

Charles' practice focuses on real estate matters including representing developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, leasing, operation, and financing of real estate holdings and development projects.

In addition to being experienced in all areas of real estate law, Charles also has experience in civil litigation and municipal law. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Charles served as a deputy city attorney for the City of San Diego, where he handled various redevelopment matters under California Community Redevelopment Law, including disposition and lease of real property and financing of mixed-use and affordable housing development projects. Charles also has worked for respected law firms in San Diego and Connecticut.
