Charles McKeen focuses his practice on real estate transactions and management, construction and development, corporate transactions, and estate planning and administration.

Charles represents clients in real estate transactions in the Metropolitan New York region, including the purchasing and selling of commercial and residential real estate properties and interests, 1031 “like-kind exchanges,” construction contracts and disputes, retail and leasing commercial transactions, and real estate related financings.

Charles also represents clients in connection with general corporate transactional matters, ranging from stock and asset sales, shareholder, operating, license and other commercial agreements. Additionally, Charles provides outside general counsel services to a variety of small businesses, including companies in the fields of computer technology, health care, and food services. In such capacity, Charles frequently counsels clients in connection with their various estate and family business succession planning needs.
