Charles represents clients in real estate transactions in the Metropolitan New York region, including the purchasing and selling of commercial and residential real estate properties and interests, 1031 “like-kind exchanges,” construction contracts and disputes, retail and leasing commercial transactions, and real estate related financings.

Charles also represents clients in connection with general corporate transactional matters, ranging from stock and asset sales, shareholder, operating, license and other commercial agreements.
