Biography

Charles Henderson is a senior associate in the London Litigation Practice. Charles advises on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, financial services disputes and civil fraud. Charles also has particular experience advising in offshore litigation. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Charles practised at another U.S. law firm in London and spent a number of years practising in the Cayman Islands.

Representative Matters

• Acted in various claims regarding a dispute between U.S., PRC and Hong Kong-based directors and shareholders concerning a NASDAQ listed company.°

• Acted in a group action brought against a multinational corporation for sums in excess of £150 million, under section 90A FSMA.°

• Acted in a civil fraud claim brought by a foreign public authority for sums in excess of £800 million, involving allegations of bribery and corruption.°

• Acted in a breach of confidence and privacy claim arising out of the covert recording of the claimants’ private conversations.° °The above representations were handled by Mr. Henderson prior to his joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
