Biography

Mr. Gibbs focuses on real estate law, with particular emphasis on retail leasing and commercial real estate transactions. He counsels both landlords and tenants in all aspects of retail leasing and various other commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Gibbs is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a member of the Vestry of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, the Board of Trustees of St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School and a past President of the Alumni Board of Episcopal High School of Jacksonville.
