I manage our seven attorney litigation boutique law firm where we focus on trying and arbitrating a wide variety of business and fiduciary disputes. Examples of typical cases include prosecuting and defending breach of contract, fraud and other business tort claims. We also routinely litigate and arbitrate claims brought between partners, shareholders in closely held business entities and people serving in fiduciary capacities as well as the beneficiaries of such relationships. Finally, we are actively involved in handling a significant amount of probate litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, will contests and contested guardianships.

Charlie has been appointed by the President of the State Bar of Texas to serve three terms on the State Bar Standing Committee on Pattern Jury Charges for Business, Consumer and Employment cases. As a member of this prestigious committee, over the past 6 years he has helped draft the written instructions and questions given to all juries throughout Texas.

Charlie earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center where he was active in student governance and alumni relations. An active contributor to his community, Charlie has served on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations, and currently serves as a Director and past President of The Houston Club. Charlie Henke is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Houston.
