Biography

Chuck Richardson began his legal career at the district attorney’s office, first as an intern helping prosecute DUI cases, misdemeanors, and violent crimes. After earning his law license, he was appointed assistant district attorney and served in that role until joining Richardson Richardson Boudreaux PLLC in 1991. During his time in the DA’s office, Chuck built an exceptional trial record, including a 100% conviction rate and leadership that helped the office reach a conviction rate above 95%. In 1997, Governor Frank Keating appointed Chuck as district attorney for Tulsa County. He focused on careful charge review, tougher sentencing for violent offenders, a more compassionate approach to property crimes, and a workplace culture designed for performance. At Richardson Richardson Boudreaux PLLC, Chuck shifted his commitment to protecting the community into personal injury law. He became a partner in 1994 after working closely with his father, Gary Richardson, to continue the firm’s legacy. Chuck has delivered some of Oklahoma’s largest results, including the biggest verdicts in four counties and jury awards of $6.9 million, $10 million, and $6.5 million. He handles complex cases involving medical malpractice, commercial trucking crashes, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and defective products.
