Biography

Charles R. Patrick is a workers’ compensation attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Memphis office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Charlie worked for years gaining invaluable experience as an insurance defense attorney, which he now uses to advocate for injured workers. In law school, Charlie served as a graduate assistant for a Constitutional Law scholar and as a law clerk for a local Chancery Court judge in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He was also active in a number of student organizations. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi, regularly attends and conducts seminars on Tennessee and Mississippi Worker’s Compensation Law, has acted as a volunteer attorney for Memphis Area Legal Services, serving underrepresented communities and populations, and he previously consulted with local employers on COVID-19 protocols. He is married to his spouse, Lindsey Bray, is the proud parent of two Goldendoodles, Sofie and Jacques, and, in his spare time, he is an avid film buff and homebrewer.
