Charles Wayne Capp

Charlie Capp joined North City Law in 2024, serving clients throughout King and Snohomish Counties. While his practice focuses on probate and estate planning, he is also a big believer in what he calls “neighborhood law.” This means he’s the person you turn to when you need help responding to a lawsuit, resolving a property dispute, or simply navigating a real estate transaction. Charlie is an attentive listener who knows that legal issues involving a loved one’s possessions aren't just about the paperwork, they have a real emotional core. He brings a unique perspective to his work, having grown up on a family ranch where he learned about easements and property lines firsthand. Additionally, his background in science makes him naturally inquisitive and incredibly thorough. While he’s happy to hop on a call, he truly enjoys meeting clients face-to-face to get the full story. When he’s away from his desk, Charlie loves exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and children, usually on the lookout for birds, bugs, and other local wildlife. He’s a detail-oriented advocate who is always willing to go the extra mile for his community.
