Charles Wayne Capp

Open for Business
Charles Wayne Capp: Attorney with North City Law, PC

Biography

Since joining North City Law in 2024, Charles Capp has worked with clients across King and Snohomish Counties on probate and estate planning matters. He helps people create thoughtful plans that protect loved ones and, when a death occurs, guides families through probate with steady direction and clear communication. Charlie also takes on a range of community-focused “neighborhood law” issues, including contract and property problems, responding to lawsuits, and real estate conveyances. Even though many matters can be handled through email and phone calls, Charlie values face-to-face conversations and takes time to truly hear what clients are dealing with. He approaches the law as a fact-driven profession, but he doesn’t overlook the emotional side, especially when a case involves family property or items with deep personal meaning. Charlie’s work is shaped by his pre-law experiences and the different jobs he held before entering the profession. Life on his family’s ranch taught him about agriculture and the real-world challenges of boundaries and easements, while his science background trained him to ask good questions and follow details carefully. He brings that same thoroughness to every client matter. Away from work, Charlie enjoys adventuring around the Pacific Northwest with his wife and young children, keeping an eye out for birds, insects, and other wildlife.
