Prior to joining Lloyd & McDaniel in June 2017, Mr. Gordon practiced in the area of creditors rights for over 17 years. In the course of those years litigating in the area of creditors rights, Mr. Gordon achieved decisions in favor of creditors including: Asset Acceptance v. Moberly, 241 S.W.3d 329 (Ky. 2007); Bull v. Asset Acceptance, 444 F.Supp. 2d 946 (N.D. Ind. 2006); Wilson v. Asset Acceptance, 864 F.Supp.2d 642 (E.D. Ky. 2012) and Fulk v. LVNV Funding, 55 F.Supp.3d 967 (E.D. Ky. 2014). Mr. Gordon focuses his practice in retail collections.
