Mr. Chase Cincinnatus Hamilton

Chase focuses his practice on litigation, and his specific experience includes complex commercial, construction, landlord/tenant, partnership, fiduciary, employment, healthcare, collections, defamation, and appellate civil litigation. He has represented doctors, engineers, and small business owners, as well as regional and national banks, real estate developers, property managers, and non-profit organizations in state court, federal court, and before arbitration panels.

After graduating from The University of Texas School of Law in 2007, Chase clerked for the Honorable Paul W. Green at the Supreme Court of Texas. He has practiced law in Austin since then, joining Richards Rodriguez & Skeith in 2013.

In addition to his law degree, Chase obtained his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Before attending law school, he worked as a computer and electrical applications engineer for an international engineering company.

Chase is an associate in the Lloyd Lochridge American Inn of Court, part of an international organization devoted to the promotion of ethics and professionalism within the legal community. He serves as vice-president on the board of directors for Youth Pathways, a local non-profit organization working to develop and implement in-school programs for at-risk students in the Austin area that cultivate leadership, optimism, resilience and the value of hard work, and has been a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Texas
