Chelsey B. Gandy

Chelsey B. Gandy, is a first generation Attorney, who prides herself as an advocate for her injured clients and a voice for their rights. She rejoins HMG’s Corpus Christi office into her role as an Attorney. Ms. Gandy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2020. As a full time, law student, working all three years at one of Houston’s Top Personal Injury firms, Chelsey financed herself through law school. Chelsey worked in the Randall O’ Sorrels legal clinics for two semesters at South Texas College of Law. Her clinical skill practice included reaching settlements in small claims court and EEOC cases as a Certified Mediator in the State of Texas. While in law school, Chelsey also took an opportunity to study law abroad in Prague, Czech Republic which provided her a cultural experience as well as how law is culturally different across the world. Ms. Gandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Public Relations from Texas A&M Corpus Christi (2013). Over the past 10 years, Chelsey has gained valuable practical experience in the legal field working through the ranks with a variety of job titles to include: mail clerk, legal assistant, law clerk, Certified Mediator to current Attorney at Law. Her expertise includes personal injury law areas of mass tort litigation, auto accidents, premises liability, mediation and dog bite cases. As a native to the Texas Gulf Coast, Chelsey loves spending time with her family and enjoying the local flair of our region. She values most her strength to persevere and her determination to accomplish her goals of fighting for the best justice she can for her clients permissible by law and hopeful to set some new precedents as well.
