Biography

Cheryl Cardelli has focused her litigation practice on the defense of employers and health care providers. She has litigated cases in state and federal courts in Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, and Tennessee. Over the years, she has given presentations on a variety of topics, including best employment practices, health information management and reducing risk.

Ms. Cardelli joined the Kitch firm in 1995. She received her J.D. from the Detroit College of Law, where she was managing editor of the Law Review. She served as a pre-hearing attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Robert B. Burns.

Ms. Cardelli has an interest in disaster preparedness and is a trained and active member of a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
