Biography

Cheyenne A. McLain’s practice focuses on intellectual property and business litigation matters. She assists individual and corporate clients with all aspects of protecting their trademark and copyright portfolios, including counseling, brand management, clearance searches, prosecuting and maintaining domestic and global registrations, licensing, enforcement strategies against third parties, and infringement litigation. Cheyenne also represents clients in commercial litigation disputes concerning contract, partnership, securities fraud, and construction matters.

Cheyenne is an Arizona native and earned her law degree with an emphasis in Intellectual Property and Business Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a law student, Cheyenne participated in the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Intellectual Property Clinic and served on the board of Jurimetrics - the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.

Cheyenne received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Arizona. She enjoys traveling, finding new recipes to try, and staying active in her free time.
