Biography

Mr. Metu is a senior partner with the firm, and has almost two decades of experience working with in house legal departments and as an outside counsel. His practice concentrates on Civil litigation, Commercial transactions, Trademarks and related matters. A graduate of the University of Ife, in Nigeria, he also obtained a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial law from the University College of the University of London, in England. Mr. Metu interned with the Allan & Ogunkeye firm in Lagos and London Commercial law firm, Bates, Wells and Braithwaite. He is a former International Assistant with IP firm, Townsend & Townsend and Crew, and GenCorp/Aerojet, in California. He is admitted to the Supreme Courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
